It's that time of year again - the Fair. We love going to the fair. Scott loves to people watch. I love the yummy food. Ella loves the rides. And the boys, we'll keep you posted. But they downed their french fries and the whip cream on the funnel cake.
First stop - the pig races. We were cheering for Number One. I have no idea if we won.
Second stop - balloon animals. Ella cannot resist these, even though he was sadly gone by the end of the night.
Third stop - rides and games. Ella always goes to the giant slide first. You can see Scott giving her a thumbs up at the bottom of the picture. This was the first year she was able to go down by herself and she was pretty proud. She loves rides that go fast and spin - just like her mom. And this year we let her play one of the games, throwing darts at balloons. Turns out she's pretty good and won a little panda bear. Good thing, since we needed a replacement for the fishy balloon.
It is so fun to see Ella be able to do some of the bigger rides. She was so excited to get all strapped up for the bungee jumping. At first, it took her awhile to get going but once she had a taste of going high, you couldn't get her to come down. She was in heaven!
