Nativity

It's often hard this time of year to not get caught up in the worldly part of Christmas.

Brittany and I decided that it would be fun this year to have the kids reenact the nativity to help them (and us) keep the true meaning of Christmas present. They all know the story but it was fun for them to participate in it. Ella was Mary, Teegan was Joseph, Camdyn was the angel, Cade was a donkey and Cole was a sheep. They couldn't wait to dress up in their costumes and play their parts. Gotta love Teegan's beard! Ella and Camdyn loved baby Jesus and wanted to play with him all night.

Our donkey and sheep had a hard time not wandering off.
