April Fool's could come and go and I wouldn't even know it. But, our sweet neighbor, Julie, was not about to let it go by without having some fun. She covered our street with silly signs. We are now the favorite pub on the lane!
The Dickson's received the Merry Christmas sign because their lights are still up. The Thaeler's received the It's Twins sign because they are expecting. The Bare's got the Berenstain Bears sign for obvious reasons. And Barbara's house is the new day care on the block. The 2 for 1 deal is very attractive since our street has three sets of twins! Julie also put her own house in on the action by posting For Sale and Open House signs in her yard. People at church are still asking if they are moving! And last, but not least, she adorned the front of Scott's car with a Swinger license plate. He quickly tried to pass it on to the Dickson's but Ryan caught him red handed. We can't wait to see what April Fool's brings next year for the best street in the world!
