Talent Show

It's hard to believe that 2nd grade is almost over for Ella.  This year has gone by so fast!  I feel like I say that about every year and every year it's true.  Yesterday was Ella's class talent show.  She wanted to show them her dance trophy and tiara and a DVD of her Mad Hatter performance.  She was a bit shy when she got up in front of everyone.  Unfortunately, there was a technical difficulty with her DVD and the class wasn't able to watch it.  I thought she would be so disappointed but she handled it beautifully.  She just said "It's ok" and then did a few of her tumbling moves.  She also did a great job singing all of the songs she learned in English and French.  We were lucky that Grandma Murphy was still in town and able to come and be with us, too.
