Our Halloween festivities....
Ella and the girls from her activity days group performed some Halloween songs at the Appletree Retirement Center. Everyone there was so excited to see them and one resident even had a treat for them.
Making our Jack-O-Lantern
Ella and Cole did their part to clean out the pumpkin guts. Cade put his foot down though with a very adamant "NO!" when I told him it was his turn.
TaDa!
Cops ready for their preschool party!
Freeze right there!
Cole started out at the front to perform but only lasted a minute. Cade never made it. He wanted to sit in my lap. They were both excited to decorate spooky cupcakes and put on as much candy as their cupcake would hold.

Ella looking zoombie like for her One Wild Night dance show! She did a great job on her new jazz number to Bop til you Drop.
Crazy hair day at school.
On the Halloween menu: Jack-O-Lantern pizza, Bat and Pumpkin cupcakes and Root Beer.
Our family theme this year was Cops and Robbers, in case you couldn't tell.
The kids loved the handcuff and whistle accessories.
At Beth's, playing the donut on a string game.
Halloween was a blast this year! Cade and Cole are at the age where they understand the whole trick or treating thing. They could not wait to carry their pumpkin pails and they raced from door to door to get more candy. They lasted through three streets before finally tiring out. They anxiously dumped their candy out to see what they got. I am pretty sure that they would have eaten it all if we let them. They chose a few pieces before we put it away - only to choose our favorites after they were tucked into bed. :)
