What a nice surprise when Uncle Steven called and said he wanted to come and spend the afternoon with the kids and make cupcakes! Steven has been affectionately nicknamed the "5 minute Uncle" because he usually just pops in and out on his way through town. So, when Ella found out he was staying long enough to bake, she was super excited. He found a good recipe for marshmallow fondant and it was pretty yummy. Who can resist these mushrooms? And who isn't hearing the Mario Bros. game soundtrack in their head?!
