Superbowl

Anyone who knows Scott will not be surprised to hear that he was in 7th heaven as the clocked ticked down to the Superbowl!  He walked around with a permanent grin and we watched the NFL channel 24/7. We wanted to jet away to Seattle for the week to be part of the fun but Papa would send us pictures and links to keep us in the loop of all of the excitement. I lost track of how many times the kids listened to and sang, "What does the Hawk say?" 

Since most Utahns were rooting for the Broncos, we had a bit of a hard time finding Seahawk decorations for our party.  Luckily, I was able to find some great printables online and I was able to buy out anything blue and green from the party store. Oh, and Skittles!  We can't forget the Skittles!

The Dickson's, the Bare's, the Dunyon's, and the Webb's joined us to cheer them on.  I am so bummed that I was so caught up in the game and party that I did not get any pictures of everyone watching!  Or at least Scott watching.  What was I thinking??  This was the moment he has waited so long for.  A true Seahawk fan to the end, he can finally say they are SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS!!
