Oh, how I wish I loved to cook and bake more! I seemed to get excited about it every once and awhile but the love only lasts for a moment. But I keep trying! My sweet neighbor Jamie shared her great muffin find with me! These are raspberry Lion House muffins! If you have ever had anything from the Lion House, you know how FABULOUS it is. I am a sucker for their cupcakes and chicken salad too! I tried one of their variations and added white chocolate chips to this batch. SO YUMMY! I see more of these in my baking future!
