Our little Seahawks are about to turn 1! Unbelievable! We made it! They made it! It's a party for all! It truly does seem like we were just in the hospital with them. And now they are babbling and crawling all over the place. I wish I could bottle more of this past year with them. With twins, time flies more than twice as fast!
There was never a question what the theme of their party would be! Shh! Don't tell Daddy but we will do something different next year. With his crazy travel schedule, we decided to celebrate a little early. It worked out perfect since this gave us the chance to celebrate with Papa and Grandma.
Tons of presents to open and all they were interested in was the boxes everything came in and a little bit of the wrapping paper. Typical though! They got some fun new toys and lots of clothes. Spoiled rotten, just like their big sister!
This is where all of the action was - the CAKE!!Future apologies for the hats, boys. I could not resist!

Cole is our mellow and serious guy. He is very concious of everything he is doing. Before he put his fingers in the cake, he examined it very closely, and then he only poked for a minute or two. Cole is serious and it takes a lot of effort to get him to laugh at you (unless you are Ella). You have to prove that you really are funny enough for him. But when he does give you a smile it is the sweetest thing ever!!

Cade is all personality. And does everything full force. He took one look at his cake and stuck his whole hand right in. Cade is quick to smile and laugh and loves to be noisy. He is our ham and is told often how much he is just like his daddy and big sister. Cade is such a snuggler and it makes my day to get to cuddle with him!
These boys really are all we could have imagined and more! They have made our small family complete and we love every (almost, every) minute. A GIGANTIC thank you to our family, friends, and neighbors for helping us make it through this first year and keeping us all smiling! I can't wait for the adventures of one year old twins!
We Love You, Cade and Cole!
