Cade and Cole are really starting to discover and have fun with each other. I often hear them giggling in their nursery after I have put them down for bed.
Ella is our spitfire! Wise beyond her years and never lets us forget it. An amazing big sister who loves to chase her brothers around the kitchen island and throw pillows at them. She always asks to go in and get them in the morning. And I often find her inside one of their cribs making them both laugh. She has stellar hearing and makes us think she is not listening when she really is. She has a perfect memory and can recall tiny details from years ago. She loves to learn and tell stories and asks everyday what we are going to do for fun. She loves life and has such a strong and loving spirit. Beautiful, beautiful girl!
Caders is our curly haired, rumbly tumbly, happy boy. He took his first steps on September 12 but still prefers crawling. He loves to clap and say "bye" while waving his hand back and forth. He loves to grunt and get hit in the face with pillows. He loves to play peek-a-boo and cover his eyes with his hands. He loves his new sippy cup and milk. He's a climber and has already fallen out of his crib. I often find that he has crawled inside one of the kitchen drawers. He loves to go for walks and car rides. And no one can make him giggle like Ella when she dances. He always crosses his feet when he sits and loves to suck his thumb. When he snuggles, he will often pat your back. He loves books, especially ones with flaps he can open. He loves to wear beads around his neck and play with car keys. He is an exact replica of Ella at this age and a little mini me of Scott. He is sensitive and loves attention and to be held. Sweet, sweet boy!
Coley Bear is our little serious munchkin man. He took his first steps on September 4 and hasn't stopped walking since. He also loves to clap and says "bu" (bye) while waving his hand back and forth. He loves to sit on the couch and watch Baby Einsteins. He loves to bang things together to make noise and pull things out of drawers. Like Cade, he loves walks and car rides. And giggles the hardest when he is with Ella. He loves his sippy cup and milk and loves to carry it around, taking little drinks here and there. He loves to be tipped upside down and be tickled. He is very independent, not wanting to be held often, but when he does, he always lays his head on your shoulder for a little snuggle. He loves to look at books but unlike Cade, he likes the ones with flaps so he can tear them off. He loves bottles, particularly lotion bottles. He sat for over a half hour with one until he was finally able to unscrew the top off. He is patient when he has a purpose and very inquisitive. Precious, precious boy!
