Swim Lessons

Summer has gone by so quickly that we barely made it into the last session of swimming lessons.  The boys were so happy to get to go to a class that Ella does.

Oh, my sweet Cole!  I love these pictures!  Cole does not like to look or smile at the camera and is always telling me to not take his picture.  So, when I can quietly sit back and zoom in to capture some candid moments, I am grateful.  He worked so hard on putting his face all the way in the water.  It was pretty scary for him but he managed to do it quickly by the end of the session.

Cade, our family ham, loves to have his picture taken and cheeses for the camera on demand. He was a little fish in class and wanted to dunk his head all the time.  They both loved getting to tie the big noodles around their waists so they could swim out into the deep end.

Ella was in the advanced class this year.  She worked really hard on several of her strokes and on diving off the side of the pool.  Her favorite part was learning to do flip turns and jumping off the diving board.
